Moving, Staying Active, and the Recovery That Makes It Possible

I stay active because it keeps everything else working. Coaching, events, training, just getting outside. The body feels better when it moves.

The other half is recovery. You can stay active for a long time if the recovery keeps up. When it doesn’t, the small things start adding up. Good recovery isn’t a bonus. It’s what lets the active part continue.

Jim’s is part of that for me. After a session or a long day, a thin layer on the spots that took the work. The DMSO helps it move past the surface so the CBD can support the area. It doesn’t replace sleep or smart training. It just helps the recovery side keep pace with the moving side.

Staying active is the goal. Recovery is what makes it sustainable.

I stay active because it keeps everything else working. Coaching, events, training, just getting outside. The body feels better when it moves, and it feels worse when it sits still for too long. That’s not complicated.

The other half is recovery. You can stay active for a long time if the recovery keeps up. When it doesn’t, the small things start adding up — stiff joints, slower recovery between sessions, the kind of fatigue that makes the next day feel heavier than it should. Good recovery isn’t a bonus. It’s what lets the active part continue.

Jim’s is part of that for me. After a session, after a long day on my feet, or just when something feels tight, a thin layer on the spots that took the work. The DMSO helps it move past the surface so the CBD can support the area instead of just sitting on top. It doesn’t replace sleep, food, or smart training. It just helps the recovery side keep pace with the moving side.

Staying active is the goal. Recovery is what makes it sustainable.
